* Off-Season Holiday rate (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve) - $950 / weekend (4 nights) or $900 / weekend (3 nights) or $1250 / week (7 nights).
Week long visits begin and end on Friday, unless scheduling otherwise permits. The cottage is occasionally available for extra nights or some week nights, especially during the "off-season". Last minute reservations are nicely discounted. Special rates apply for rentals of two weeks or more. Please call or email us for special rates and availibility questions.

Please Note:
Maximum occupancy is 4 Persons.
Security deposit may be required.
Bath and Bed Linens are provided.
Air conditioning is available if needed.
Reservations
To make a reservation, do one of the following:
- Call us at (856) 495-8908 (ask for Steve or Lila); OR
- Email us at reservations@delawarebaycottage.com ("Bay Cottage" on subject line).
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is due in advance (within 5 business days of the date you call in your reservation). The balance is due upon arrival.
You can pay your deposit by check; please make checks payable to Lila Lamanna and mail to:

An email confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
Please be reminded that deposits must be received within 5 business days of your reservation request.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit, minus a $200 processing fee, will be returned to you if you contact us in order to cancel at least 6 weeks prior to reservation. If you contact us with your request to cancel your reservation within 6 weeks of your date of arrival, there will be no refund, unless we are able to book your reservation time to another guest, at which point we will refund your deposit, minus a $200.00 processing fee, as outlined above. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a prompt email confirmation from Bay Cottage on the date it was received.
